93bd Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 93bd platform ("Platform", "Site", or "Service") and its users ("User", "Player", or "You").

These Terms apply to individuals located in Bangladesh who use 93bd's website, mobile platform, and any related services. By accessing the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy apply equally to your use of the platform. Those policies together with these Terms form a complete legal framework.

To open an account and use services on 93bd, you must meet the following requirements:

• Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts may be cancelled.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made through a method registered in your own name. Processing payments through a third party is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

93bd may require account verification to be completed before processing a withdrawal request. In some cases, additional verification may be needed to prevent fraud, which may affect standard processing times.

Rocket is the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. bKash, Nagad, and Upay are also widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. Apart from these four methods, 93bd does not currently support any other payment method.

93bd offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. The following terms apply when accepting these offers:

Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example — if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳6,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 and your total balance will be ৳11,000.

Wagering Requirement: A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. For example — if your bonus is ৳2,000, you must place a total of ৳40,000 in bets to become eligible for withdrawal. Note that the wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not the total balance.

• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• 93bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, 93bd may cancel the bonus and confiscate related winnings.
• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period; if the requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on 93bd:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical error occurs on the platform.
• If the outcome of any bet or game is affected by a technical error or disconnection, 93bd will review the relevant transaction and make an appropriate decision.
• Players must play fairly. Using any automated bot, software, or algorithm to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• In the sports betting section, all bet settlements will be determined based on the official result of the relevant event.
• For casino games, each game will have its own rules available when the game is launched.

93bd provides services in both the casino games and sports betting sections. Different rules may apply to different sections, but the general rules above apply at all times.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 93bd and may result in account cancellation and legal action:

• Opening an account using a false identity or incorrect information.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
• Coordinating account creation in groups for the purpose of exploiting bonuses (Bonus Abuse).
• Attempting to access the platform through hacking, malware, or any other unlawful method.
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets.
• Conducting money laundering or unlawful financial activities.
• Behaving in a disrespectful, threatening, or abusive manner toward other players or staff.
• Dishonestly exploiting any error or vulnerability in the platform.

If any of the above activities are detected, 93bd may permanently close the relevant account and confiscate all balances without prior notice.

All content on the 93bd platform — including designs, logos, text, graphics, software, game content, and other elements — is the intellectual property of 93bd or its licensed partners.

• Copying, republishing, distributing, or using any content from the platform for commercial purposes is prohibited.
• Users may use platform content only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• 93bd's trademarks or brand name may not be used for any purpose without written permission.

93bd is committed to responsible gambling. We believe that entertainment should be enjoyed, but should never cause harm. To this end, 93bd provides several protective measures:

• The ability to set personal deposit limits.
• The option to voluntarily suspend your account for a set period (Self-Exclusion).
• Options to limit the amount and time spent on betting.

93bd may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

Users may also request to close their account at any time. Any remaining valid balance will be given the opportunity to be withdrawn before account closure, unless that balance has been confiscated due to a breach of the Terms.

• Dissatisfaction with the outcome of a bet or game — game results depend on fair and transparent algorithms.

If any bonus or winning amount is displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, 93bd reserves the right to correct that error. Any balance "paid out due to an error" will be considered invalid.

93bd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavor to notify users in advance.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions. It is therefore your responsibility to review this page regularly.

For any existing active bets or transactions, the terms and conditions applicable prior to the change will remain in effect.
